Regarding Course Credit Transfer Procedures for Graduate Students for the 2026-2027 Fall Semester Graduate students (including those in the scientific preparatory program) who wish to have courses they have previously taken recognized in accordance with the Procedures and Principles for the Implementation of the YTÜ Graduate Education and Teaching Regulations must prepare the documents listed below in their entirety and submit them to the department secretary’s office no later than the end of business hours on September 18, 2026.
Required Documents: 1. FR-0650 Graduate Course Credit Transfer Form (Must be completed electronically)
2. Certified transcript (Must be obtained from e-Government)
