Dear Students,
Students who will be taking the Make-up Exam for the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year must complete the attached form in its entirety.
If your excuse is health-related, your medical certificate must cover at least 3 (three) days and must be submitted in person to our Department no later than 3 (three) days after the end date of the certificate. If you are unable to submit the documents in person, you may email them to ytuistatistikdilekce@gmail.com.
If you have a scheduling conflict with an exam, you must submit the attached request form in person, along with your course schedule and exam schedule.
